Booking Policy, Cancellation and refund terms & conditions

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their experience booking 24 hours before the start time of the experience for a refund(- RM3 Transactions fees.)

If guests cancel within 24 hours of the start time, they will not be eligible for a refund. If the experience provider cancels the experience, guests will receive a full refund.

30 mins late without any update consider it cancelled and no refund.
